La batterie ADO Air Carbon est 100 % légale et conforme à la certification CE EN 15194. Selon SGS CE EN15194 et SGS UKCA, ADO Air est conforme aux exigences de la directive Machines (2006/42/CE), de la directive CEM (2014/30/UE), de la directive Équipements radio (2014/53/UE) et de la norme DIN EN 15194:2017. La batterie ADO Air Carbon est conforme aux normes de test des batteries lithium-ion UN 38.3.

Pour le cadre du vélo, garantie 5 ans ; contrôleurs, moteurs, batteries, fourches, tubes de direction, guidons, chargeurs, pédales, volants d'inertie, bases : garantie 12 mois. Si vous rencontrez un défaut de fabrication lié à la production pendant cette période, nous nous en occuperons conformément à notre garantie.

Thank you for making such a great bike. It’s very smooth and very light. I enjoy riding it. But the application is a bit slow, sometimes just kept thinking. Would suggest the anti puncture for the tyres and the detachable rear basket to make it perfect. Love it!!

Excellent bike, easy to drive in the city. Climbing capabilities are really good between the 2 highest hills in Paris!
In contact with ADO support team and they are shipping a new battery. Support been great that is why give 3 stars otherwise would be 1 star.
Ordered my Air Carbon in black delivery was very quick and efficient within 2 days. Beautifully packed and quality of build is A ++.
Initial use and impression all very satisfying.
For the hardcover public transport (London, UK) it would be great if there is a short dummy seat post that can work as a carry handle.
I would remove the battery post and carry in rucksack,It would be lighter work carry battery in rucksack.
A magnetic clasp to keep bike together.

Very zippy and super light. Very zippy and good performance on hills, better than expected from a 250W motor - thank the light frame for that. I love the belt drive - very smooth. The torque sensor is responsive and gives a real bike riding feel. The bike performs great, but it is the styling that is the icing on the cake. It just feels so good to ride. Much more manageable than my other eBikes (this is my third). i bought it primarily to transport in my car for rides in more remote locations (my other e-bikes are way too heavy for that) but I am finding myself jumping on it every time I ride. That said, it is perfect for travel or commute. I have gotten several “love your bike” comments sinceI started riding it. Plus, the customer service and responsiveness to questions has been superb! Highly recommended.
