I love my Ado helmet.
Comfortable, adjustable, beautiful design.
I especially like the visor, which is magnetic, so I can easily take it off and put it on if necessary.

I was surprised by the fast delivery and finish of the bike. This is not an advertising text I mean it.

Fast alles richtig gut, es macht Spaß, mit dem gut ausgestatteten ADO 20 Pro zu fahren, SO LANGE ES NICHT DEUTLICH BERGAUF GEHT.
"All Terrain", wie versprochen, ist schon ziemlich hoch gegriffen: Bei einer Steigung von mehr als 4 - 5 Prozent geht dem Motor sehr schnell die Kraft aus (und mir deswegen natürlich auch).
Der große Gang ist eine sehr gute Idee und auch in der Automatik flüssig umgesetzt, aber man muss auch noch dringend einen kleinen Gang spendieren, wenn man "All Terrain" wirklich realisieren will. Dann wäre das Rad ganz und gar perfekt!
Es passt sogar in den Kofferraum meines kleinen 2-Sitzer Elektroautos, und ich (70+) kann es auch alleine ein- und ausladen. Das ist richtig gut, dafür habe ich das ADO – u.a. auch wegen des Riemenantriebs – gekauft. Nur die letzten Meter zu mir nach Hause muss ich, trotz Anlauf, schieben, einfach, weil ich auf dem Berg wohne :-( Schade dafür.
Bislang fehlt leider noch der Magnetverschluss, der im Lieferumfang eigentlich enthalten sein sollte, ich hoffe, er wird bald aus China nachgeliefert. Das wird mir beim Ein- und Ausladen sehr helfen.
FAZIT: Sehr schönes Rad, macht Freude, aber eben, siehe oben, mit Einschränkung. Der 2-Gang-Bafangmotor funktioniert gut, hat aber dringend ein Upgrade auf einen kleinen Gang nötig und verdient, um auch Steigungen zu bewältigen.

Not a very cheap bike and I received the e-bike damaged (scratch) under the factory packaging. Besides that was missing magnets, which should be in de package. For this I contact the support, who respond very quick and kind and they will send me the magnets. Only nog word about the scratch.
Beside that the e-bike is great, not too heavy. It drives very smoothly and the 2 gears are great in the motor. The belt is awesome, way better then the old driving-chain. The bikestand, venders, bell and backrack makes the e-bike complete. Delivery was very quick and (email) support is also excellent. Love the gray color also.

Mi è arrivata un paio di giorni fa, la mia AIR Pro grigia, dopo un'attesa di due settimane e poco più, , l'ho subito montata, verificata nelle misure e negli attacchi, gonfiato le ruote a giusta pressione e poco dopo l'ho montata e...via, veloci come il vento. Non credevo fosse così pronta, efficace e divertente nella pedalata; con modalità ECO e in terza posizione, raggiunge i 25 km/h in un batter di ciglia e, seppur raggiunto facilmente il limite di velocità consentito dalle normative europee in città e normalmente, si può aumentare la velocità con il solo apporto muscolare, che comunque risulta agevole, riuscendo a raggiungere anche i 30 km/h in pianura. Ho provato anche la modalità SPORT, utile soprattutto su strade in pendenza, e le sensazioni di velocità e di efficienza aumentano sensibilmente. Una gran bella ebike pieghevole che affascina, diverte e risulta davvero molto utile in città, sia per lavoro che per il tempo libero. Finora non sto trovando difetti a questa splendida macchina ben concepita, studiata e realizzata. Forse il display dovrebbe avere più comandi dedicati invece che ricorrere all'app sul telefono ad esso collegato via Bluetooth. Per esempio il passaggio tra la modalità ECO a SPORT....Forse il sellino potrebbe essere più morbido e con molle e forse una pompa a mano ridotta sotto il porta pacco andrebbe bene..... e forse gli indicatori di svolta dovrebbero avere più intensità di luce e magari staccati dalla luce posteriore....Ad ogni modo, i miei complimenti alla ADO per questa splendida ebike. Chapeau !

It's a good kickstand but it's only for that model of bike. It's difficult to get one in a bicycle store due to the drilling characteristics not making the piece universal, in case we have a problem, like I did. But everything arrived ok and thanks to ADO for your suport

I got nothing to regret buying this ADO A20! Its the best investment ever made, its fast and effektive, Im just injoying. No problem to put the pieces together! The ADO A20 was even better that I dreamed and imagine it to 🙏 be!!

Ordered Sunday and three days later it was here (Germany). The first impression was very good, the quality of the finisf, frame and specially the motor was much better than my first Folding Ebike I bought 2015. (Also manufactured in China, but with a german Brand, double price and poor quality...)
After I mounted a Racktime carrier it was a funny thing to carry my old dog (17kg) like usual, over 30 Km at the first ride. For a Folding bike it is more important to be able to deattach the basket very fast and easy.
One word to the transmission, I think its a very good compromise to be able climbing up "normal" hills. Much faster than 25 km/h is a little bit difficult, but this is not the primary goal for such a bike.
One suggestion, it would be nice if ado could offer a suspension for the saddle, like my suntour NCX I mounted at most of my other bikes. This is the price to pay for the solution with the battery in the seat post.. (what is a very good idea )
All in all I am very satisfied and plan to buy another one for my wife (eventualy with the Bafang motor, but I don't miss the rest of the Pro-version)

Lovely bike, easy to put together instructions clear and usable, unlike some manufacturers bike is a lovely ride very comfortable. Takes a few rides to get used to the gearing but that is the same for any bike Would recommend

Passt gut ins Auto. Gangschaltung ist hervorragend und somit gut zu fahren.
