Is het mogelijk om van snelheid te veranderen? Is het weerbestendig?
ADO Air 20 heeft één versnelling. U kunt er echter voor kiezen om 3 niveaus van elektrische energie te gebruiken om uw rit te ondersteunen. Bovendien is de ADO Air 20 uitgerust met een slim koppelsensorsysteem dat u, afhankelijk van het terrein, onmiddellijke krachtondersteuning biedt. In dit geval krijgt u, zelfs als u op een helling rijdt of de rit start, onmiddellijk de hulp die u nodig heeft, zelfs met een enkele versnelling.
Ja, ADO Air 20 is IPX5 waterdicht en het IPS-display is IPX7 waterdicht, alle elektronische componenten zijn afgedicht om het binnendringen van zware regen en stof te voorkomen.
Is ADO Air 20 gecertificeerd?
Volgens SGS CE EN15194 en SGS UKCA voldoet ADO Air 20 aan de vereisten van: Machinerichtlijn (2006/42/EG), de EMC-richtlijn (2014/30/EU) en de Radioapparatuurrichtlijn (2014/ 53/EU), en DIN EN 15194:2017, en de ADO Air 20-batterij voldoet aan de UN 38.3-testnormen voor lithium-ionbatterijen.
Wat is het verschil tussen de internationale en de EU-versie? Welke optie is het beste voor mij?
Controleer de e-bikewetten in uw land wanneer u uw beslissing neemt:
* EU-versie om te voldoen aan de wetgeving inzake e-bikes in de meeste EU-landen: geen gaspedaal geïnstalleerd, maximale snelheid 25 km/u, piekvermogen 250 W.
* Internationale versie zonder beperkingen: gaspedaal geïnstalleerd, maximale snelheid 30 km/u, piekvermogen 350 W.
Als u de internationale versie van ADO Air 20 binnen de EU bestelt, ontvangt u een oplader die voldoet aan de EU-specificaties. Maar het is officieel niet legaal om met de ADO Air 20 internationale versie op de openbare weg in de EU te rijden. U mag er alleen eigenaar van zijn en ermee op privéterrein rijden.
Hoe lang is de garantieperiode?
Voor fietsframe, 10 jaar garantie; Voor controllers, motoren, accu's, vorken, balhoofdbuizen, sturen, opladers, pedalen, vliegwielen, liggende achtervorken: 12 maanden garantie. Mocht u tijdens deze periode een fabricagefout tegenkomen die verband houdt met de productie, dan zullen wij dit oplossen volgens onze garantie. ADO Air 20 App for iPhone is not that good after logging in it can’t find my bike and then I have to delete the app and then reinstall for it to work.
I believe that you have to update the app.
A friend of mine has android and he doesn’t have this problem.
I recommend this bike to be ridden inside city. I bought it to commute to work which is on the suburbs. The bumpiness of the road and lack of shock absorber, the extreme low power of the motor makes my life little harder

Although the color I wanted wasn’t in stock, I was definitely disappointed…… BUT this bike is really amazing. The smooth ride, the way assist kicks in, the no maintenance chain this bike definitely doesn’t disappoint in the fun of riding it. From customer service through e mail, look and ride, I am very happy so far with my purchase (customer support NEEDS A USA # as we love the bike too)

Ordered Sunday and three days later it was here (Germany). The first impression was very good, the quality of the finisf, frame and specially the motor was much better than my first Folding Ebike I bought 2015. (Also manufactured in China, but with a german Brand, double price and poor quality...)
After I mounted a Racktime carrier it was a funny thing to carry my old dog (17kg) like usual, over 30 Km at the first ride. For a Folding bike it is more important to be able to deattach the basket very fast and easy.
One word to the transmission, I think its a very good compromise to be able climbing up "normal" hills. Much faster than 25 km/h is a little bit difficult, but this is not the primary goal for such a bike.
One suggestion, it would be nice if ado could offer a suspension for the saddle, like my suntour NCX I mounted at most of my other bikes. This is the price to pay for the solution with the battery in the seat post.. (what is a very good idea )
All in all I am very satisfied and plan to buy another one for my wife (eventualy with the Bafang motor, but I don't miss the rest of the Pro-version)
