Warranty Policy


The warranty is automatically registered when the initial purchaser orders and receives the product from our online store and applies only to the initial purchaser.

II) Covered Products

ADO Ebike will replace any part deemed defective or damaged (including damage caused during shipping) unless caused by user error. The warranty covers the products listed and is subject to the following terms:

The warranty period is calculated from the date the product is picked up from our warehouse. As long as the products sold meet the conditions during the warranty period, they can enjoy after-sales technical services, but the following situations are not within the scope of service:

1. Exceeding the prescribed service period and scope.

2. Consumables or easily worn parts are not covered by warranty; including: saddle damage, brake wear, plastic parts, tire punctures and surface scratches.

3. The user fails to use, drive, maintain and adjust the product correctly according to the product instructions.

4. Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance or aesthetics of the product

5. The user modifies, disassembles, repairs and destroys the normal use of the product as a whole and parts without authorization.

6. The sold product is damaged by rain, ice and snow soaking, smoke, medicine, chemical corrosion, etc. or natural product failure or damage.

7. The user uses non-original accessories to cause damage to parts or changes the circuit and line configuration without authorization.
The placement time exceeds the maximum storage safety period of 3 months, and the battery is not charged when it is not charged.

8. The user does not use and maintain the battery normally, resulting in battery feed undervoltage that cannot be repaired.

9. The user crashes, falls, overloads, speeds and other human factors during driving, causing product failure or damage.

10. Costs incurred by repairs at other repair shops without authorization.

Warranty Approach

1. We usually provide warranty by mailing new parts or replacing parts at after-sales repair centers.
2. Whether you purchase from our official website, authorized offline stores or official online platforms, you can enjoy the same warranty service.
3. Repairs or replacement parts outside the warranty scope are charged. For specific fee details, please contact support@adoebike.com.com.
4. Miscellaneous expenses during the repair period, such as alternative transportation fees and fuel costs, are not covered by the warranty.

Claims Process

  1. Warranty Claim 
    Send product information to support@adoebike.com.
    The following details need to be included: order number, email address used for ordering and shipping address, photo or video of the problem and a brief description of the problem.The support team will respond within 24 hours and provide a solution within 48 hours. 
    ​• Warranty Claim Approval. ​
    Parts and replacements will be provided after approval by the support team. ADO will not be responsible for any installation charges without authorization from the after-sales team.

    ​• Return Faulty Part. ​
    Send the replaced faulty part back and send us shipping details. Shipping charges will be borne by ADO.

2. Shipping Damage Claims

Items may be received damaged during shipping. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@adoebike.com and provide photo or video evidence.

Shipping damage claims made more than 7 days after receipt of any product will not be accepted.

3. When your bike is still under warranty

When your bike is still under warranty, if there is a quality problem, we will try our best to repair it, but when ADO ebike's after-sales engineer believes that the repair does not meet ADO ebike's commitment to customers, we will replace it with a sample bike of the same level according to the actual situation. Please contact support@adoebike.com and provide photo or video proof.

When you place an order, it is assumed that you agree to all of the above.

This warranty is provided by ADO only to the original owner from the date of purchase and is not transferable.
In no event shall ADO be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage or economic loss, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability or any other theory.

ADO MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE.

Warranty details may vary by frame type and/or country. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
