For ADO Ebike, a motor with excellent performance must have strong power, efficient energy conversion, and high reliability. Heat Balance:

What is a heat balance test? Heat balance is the study of the balance between energy income and expenditure, effective and loss; using a systematic and comprehensive approach to identify the problems in energy use and the causes of waste, thus helping to strengthen scientific energy management, improve processes, transform inefficient equipment, achieve rational use of energy and save energy.

The motor must work at full power continuously for more than 4 hours. Then the temperature rise data was collected by our ADO experts. Only its heat standard is a rising temperature of no more than 2 degrees per hour, then the motor is considered qualified.

 

 

Torque:

Torque is a key for the motor to convert electrical energy into kinetic energy. We have a professional motor design team to get the motor to ultra-high rpm speed, and then a force arm conversion to get the 250W motor to 42Nm of torque. It can provide riders with enough driving power when you start and go uphill. It is easy to ride the ADO E-bike on different roads.

 

 

Efficiency:

Efficiency is another key to a motor. Highly efficient motors can save energy. With them, the bike can last longer and be ridden further.

ADO’s motors are made with new rare earth materials and the mechanical force arm conversion principle. So we can make the motor efficiency up to 85%.

 

 

Reliability:

As we all know, the operation of a motor is done by magnetic force for energy conversion. Normally, the general magnetism will decay at high temperatures. However, ADO’s does not. ADO’s motors use new rare-earth materials that allow the magnets to recede at a temperature 15 degrees higher than ordinary magnets. At ADO Lab, we put the motors through -20 degree and +45 degree test chambers, and then tested the performance of the motors separately.

With the excellent experimental results of our tests, our motor has high and stable performance at any temperature.
