Only had the bike for two weeks but it has been everything I hoped for so far. It is very zippy and maneuverable. It’s a bit heavier than I thought but still within reason.
I used the Air 28 Pro for approximately 200 km. It is a great experience! Very different from my other E-bike. It looks great too. Am not sure how it will go if I have to climb a steel hill. Because of the absence of gears. Only minus is the range. I was used to be able to drive 150 km. Now, with using only PAS1 and Eco I can barely reach 60 km. Awkward, because usually I like to ride tours about 50 km. But till now it’s fine. So J can definitely recommend this bike.

The new ADO Air 20 Pro meets our expectation. We are really impressed! I bought it for my wife which is very happy with it. To be honest, the bicycle is small for me, even with the seat set to highest possible. Of course I can ride this bicycle but it´s not that comfortable. Other than that, the performance of the motor, as well as a full battery charge can offer an autonomy of up to 60-70km, with the remark that in the area were we live is not really flat. I really recommend!

Shame no wired in rear light
The mobile holder should be cancelled or replaced with better quality. It’s rubbish and nearly broke my iPhone falling apart Not necessary to supply one really.
App is a bit tricky to connect to bike. Same with throttle.
Throttle is not great quality and doesn’t recoil properly
Overall the bike is very nice and folds nicely

Very easy and compact bike. Easy to ride and very solid even for this 16kg lightweight bike. I love it. Battery power is good. Only the red backlight makes trouble falling off sometimes.

Title says it all really. I do mean it genuinely and the reality is that good service is hard to find these days. However, the team at ADO are fantastic. The accelerator grips were shipped and received promptly, but the service doesn’t stop there. First of all, I initially purchased the Air20 and unexpectedly the day after, Ado announced the new Pro version with added features that in my opinion make this bike unique. The customer service was very supportive and helped me a lot through the porcess of upgrading my order to the new version. A million thanks for that!
Now hands on, what can I say, the Bike looks gorgeous and way above my expectations, built with care and premium materials. It is an extremely pleasant ride! silent, comfortable, swift and excellent handling on every situation. Special mention to this new engine. Bin jetzt ca. 150 km Gefahren und soweit sehr zufrieden mit dem Rad. Schön wäre es wenn man die Geschwindigkeit für den schaltpunkt bestimmen könnte.
The bike was very easy to assemble following the enclosed instructions and in doing so I was impressed with the overall build quality. The paintwork and decals were perfect. The alignment of the brakes gears and wheels was also excellent.
On riding I was impressed with how comfortable and responsive the bike was. The small enclosed tool kit, including pump and phone holder were a nice touch . However the enclosed spanner did not have an 18mm socket which would have been needed to remove the rear wheel in the event of a puncture. (I take one with me as well as tyre levers and an inner tube)
I didn’t notice any reference to the seat post suspension and on initial use found there was little give - I achieved a satisfactory amount by adjusting the internal nut.
On some rough roads I heard a metallic banging noise and I think this may have been the battery inside the frame (I have heard of this being an issue for some other owners) but on checking the battery saw there was a small amount of rubber padding stuck on some of the sides. I may add some more to cure the noise.
All in all I am more than happy with my purchase and hope it will carry me many happy and safe miles.
