Combo Sale - ADO Air Carbon

Some parts in backorder but bikes in combi received well packed and clear instructions

A bit disappointing! The ADOebike Air Carbons are not 12.5 kg as they were described but over 15 kg. Also what was included in the box was not as described. The tools are not as listed. The listing did not make it clear that the bell and the magnetic buckle are included so don’t order either of these as we did. Installation instructions did not come with the buckle and it was not straightforward to fit. On request a video was provided but this posed more questions than it answered. Apart from these teething problems the bikes perform well and the two bikes fold up neatly to fit in bags in our VW T5 camper. Many of the features and functions of the bike and the App we have had to find out by trial and error as comprehensive instructions don’t seem to be readily available. The bikes do give a very hard ride, so if you are intending to ride on unmade roads or tracks we’d advise that alternative models are considered. Although the bikes were delivered on 18th July, we are still waiting for the kick stands ordered at the same time over a month later.
