I was a bit hesitant to order a bike on the internet that has no gears and that I couldn't test ride. Also no representative in the Netherlands that you can fall back on. What a surprise, a really super modern, hip bike that rides wonderfully and is of high quality. Delivered quickly, well packaged and easy to assemble. I am very satisfied and every time I see my ADO air 20S I have to smile. We have become friends!

Unboxing the bike was an easy job, also the set was easy the quality of the look good, so all in all a good bike for the price. But there a but. The head light does not work! So I tried to find the problem, but nothing visual fault to see. And no wire diagram to troubleshoot from. So what to do?

This can be a bit inconvenient and is something that ADO could easily address by including the necessary tool in the package. Secondly, shortly after purchasing my ADO Air S20+, I discovered the release of the ADO Air Carbon. While I'm thrilled with my bike, I can't help but feel a bit of buyer's remorse, wishing I had waited a little longer to get the latest model.

Overall, the ADO Air S20+ is a fantastic electric folding bike that combines beautiful aesthetics with user-friendly features and an exhilarating riding experience. Despite the minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend this bike to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish mode of transportation. I have my for 2 months now and it is pratical overall. Still a bit heavy for my woman arms but I do manage and I am happy with the purchase. The battery lasts four 8km trips until it reaches 20% (trip to go has a 100m elevation). Since it does not have shifts, I do have to work a little bit on the way, but it is a moderate workout.

After 10 days with the bike I can say that it is a very practical and nice e-bike. Everything went smoothly with the order and everything arrived in perfect condition, well done ADO.
The bike has a good build quality and a smooth ride. It is perfect for commuting in the city as well as open roads. Average battery life is around 70kms. Belt drive is fantastic as well as the torque sensor. Brakes are super. Saddle could be more comfortable though. Also it would be nice to be even lighter.
Long story short I did not regret it and I recommend it.

P.S. You should consider making a model with a back suspension for even more comfortable rides.
